Care philosophy
“Good physiotherapy should leave you clearer and more capable, not dependent.”
The treating physiotherapist explains the plan, guides appropriate treatment and helps the patient understand what to practise between visits. Dr Rutvi leads the shared clinical standards used across the care team.
How care is shaped
Four standards. One considered plan.
- 01
Start with assessment
Movement, strength, symptoms, daily tasks and relevant warning signs are considered before a plan is recommended.
- 02
Use the home context
Stairs, beds, chairs, workstations and routines can become part of practical rehabilitation.
- 03
Explain the reasoning
Patients should understand what is being addressed, what to practise and when progress needs review.
- 04
Stay clinically honest
Recovery timelines differ. Medical review is recommended when findings fall outside appropriate physiotherapy care.
Founder’s perspective
Musculoskeletal care for real life.
Pain and movement concerns show up in ordinary moments: climbing stairs, sitting at a desk, lifting a child, returning to training or regaining confidence after surgery. Home visits make those real demands visible.
PhysioByRutvi was founded to make careful physiotherapy easier to access at home. Dr Rutvi sets the clinical approach; visits may be delivered by a physiotherapist suitably matched to the patient’s needs, location and availability.
Training & clinical skills
Active rehabilitation, supported by skilled hands.
Hands-on techniques are considered only where clinically suitable and as part of a wider plan focused on movement, strength and function.

Hands-on methods
- Kinesiology taping
- IASTM
- Cupping therapy
- Myofascial Release
- Muscle Energy Techniques
- Joint and soft-tissue mobilisation
Rehabilitation skills
- Exercise prescription
- Gait re-education
- Balance and proprioception
- Functional strengthening
- Return-to-sport progression
- TENS, IFT and ultrasound when suitable
Additional learning
- Clinical sports assessment

Clinical note: A modality is never selected from a website checklist. Suitability depends on assessment, consent, precautions, current health and the goals of care.
